In accordance with the provisions of Paragraph 2, Article 6 and Paragraph 3, Article 37 of the "Toxic Chemical Substances Control Act " (hereinafter referred to as this Act) amended and promulgated on January 16, 2019, the Environmental Protection Administration promulgates the " Regulations Governing Accreditation and Management of Professional Response and Consulting Agencies (Organizations) for Toxic and Concerned Chemical Substances Environmental Incidents."
The Toxic and Chemical Substances Bureau, Environmental Protection Administration states that, these Regulations improve the capacity of environmental incident-related protection, response, recovery, termination and other treatment measures through the establishment of an accreditation system of professional response and consulting agencies (organizations) of toxic and concerned chemical substances environmental incidents.
