  • Review, assessment, and scrutiny of registered data for physicochemical properties, toxicity, ecotoxicity, hazards, and exposures of chemical substances.
  • Development, promotion, implementation, and supervision of policies for the collection, analysis, use, and sharing of data in chemical substance databases.

Accounting Office

Civil Service Ethics Office

  • Advocacy of regulations regarding civil service ethics of the CHA
  • Prevention, discovery and handling of illegal acts by staff of the CHA
  • Proposals for CHA civil service ethics reforms
  • Suggestions for reward and punishment related to civil service ethics of the CHA
  • Protection of official secrets of the CHA
  • Prevention of incidents that harm or sabotage the CHA and assistance in handling appeals and petitions
