| Service description | If the operator intends to use a toxic chemical substance in a prohibited operation, when the toxic chemical substance is restricted or prohibited by the TCSB in accordance with Article 7 of the Toxic Chemical Substances Control Act or during the transition period, or the operator intends to use the toxic chemical substance for unrestricted purposes after the announced transition period ends, the operator may apply to the TCSB for the release of the restriction or prohibition, in accordance with the Regulations Governing Review for Release of Restriction or Prohibition regarding Toxic Chemical Substances. |
