一、輸入規定代號801/837
經濟部貿易局於106年5月8日公告修正輸入規定代號「801」第五項，並自106年8月15日起施行，由行政院環境保護署化學局（現為環境部化學署）受理，同年12月1日起受理輸入規定837第六項。前述輸入規定代號「801/837」內容：非屬進口農藥（應依405規定辦理）、進口動物用藥品（應依406規定辦理）、進口環境衛生用藥品（應依552規定辦理）、進口毒性化學物質（應依553規定辦理）、進口飼料或飼料添加物（應依404規定辦理），應檢具經環境部化學物質管理署核發之證明文件辦理通關放行。
二、適用條件
進口化學貨品：非屬公告農藥、動物用藥品、環境衛生用藥品及毒性化學物質，且貨品分類號列屬於輸入規定801者，需申請證明文件以利通關；非屬公告農藥、動物用藥品、環境衛生用藥品、毒性化學物質及飼料或飼料添加物，且貨品分類號列屬於輸入規定837者，需申請證明文件以利通關。

三、受理方式
申請證明文件應至環境部化學物質管理署之化學貨品跨境管理系統進行申請。
於線上系統申請表格之內容如下：
- 申請廠商/自然人（國內）名稱、地址、統一編號、負責人、身分證號碼、聯絡人、連絡電話。
- 產品名稱（中文、英文、原文）。
- 成分及濃度。
- 化學文摘社登記號碼(CAS No.)。
- 產品使用用途、適用範圍、販賣對象。
- 中華民國輸入貨品分類號列(C.C.C.Code)。
- 產地國別、賣方國別、國外廠商名稱、國外廠商地址。
- 是否為新化學物質。
- 進口數量（預估本次進口量、容量（單位））。
- 其他資料（前項所述之應備文件資料）。
