因應兩岸服務貿易協議，為了順利將業者推向中國大陸進行市場拓展，將病媒防治、環境用藥及販賣業者整合，以上中下游之整合優勢進行團體推動。因此本計畫今(104)年度以推動國內病媒防治服務業至中國大陸執業，同時推動國內環境用藥業者前往中國大陸投資，並蒐集中國大陸環境用藥及病媒防治管理之相關資訊為目標。已完成之工作內容如下： 一、 調查臺灣環境用藥及病媒防治業進入兩岸市場的投資障礙、困境，提出建議對策。 二、 蒐集環境用藥業者於大陸地區執業之登記、投資稅務及相關管理規定之資訊。 三、 蒐集國內相關部會對於中小企業投資大陸地區之相關輔導措施及資訊。 四、 蒐集大陸地區病媒防治及環境用藥相關管理法規(含中央、地方之法令規定)、投資情報、趨勢分析，相關交流活動資訊、活動成果及心得，分享於交流平臺。 五、 協助有意前往中國大陸投資、工作之病媒防治公司登記及技術人員證照培訓之諮詢及解決現有問題。 六、 辦理工作檢討會及兩岸人員交流，實際瞭解大陸地區環境用藥及病媒防治管理現況。 七、 相關資訊上傳至交流平臺，設專責人員執行資訊系統。 有鑑於此，已完成上傳產業資訊51則、專題介紹5則，完成辦理2場工作檢討會及1場次國際研討會，完成組團前往中國大陸廣州、上海、北京及江浙地區之參訪活動。

In order to successfully develop new market in mainland China, pest control relative services, including pest control operators, manufacturers, and marketing channels of environmental agent, need to be integrated before cross-strait service trade agreement will be signed. Because the integration of the upper stream, middle stream, and the lower stream of the pest control relative services will provide competitive advantages in the market of mainland China. Therefore, the goal of this project (2015) is helping operators to develop new market in mainland China and to collect the related information of pest control and environmental agent management in mainland China. This studies were carried out as following: 1. Surveyed the market obstacles and difficulties to recommend countermeasures of the pest control operators to enter the mainland China market. 2. Collected the related regulations in mainland China of pest control operators, including registration of practice, investment, and tax. 3. Collected the related information about government’s measures to consult investment of medium-sized and small companies. 4. Understood the related information of pest control and environmental agent management in mainland China and used exchange platform to share the related information, including regulations (central and local), investment trends, registration, achievements, and thoughts of exchange activities. 5. Assisted the company which intends to invest or work in the mainland China for market consultation, as company registration and license obtaining and problem solving. 6. To carry on the Cross-strait information exchanges and understand the current situations of pest control operators. 7. The relevant information was uploaded to the exchange platform, and set up a task force personnel management information system. Thus, 51 industrial information and 5 lecture articles have been uploaded through the information exchanges platform. Moreover, we have held two workshops and one international conference of pest control management, and have organized the delegation to visit Guangzhou, Shanghai, Peijing and Zhejiang province in Mainland China.
