本計畫主要工作執行成果包括(1)研析斯德哥爾摩公約最新資料，蒐集全氟辛酸、大克蟎、全氟己烷磺酸、六溴環十二烷、六溴聯苯、氯化萘及六氯丁二烯國外管理現況，並研提國內相關部會署之管制建議，將作為後續跨部會會議討論內容。亦完成2018年POPs成果報告，將法規增修訂及檢(監)測成果納入。(2)蒐集研析國外執行汞水俣公約作法，辦理國際研討會，就源頭管制、產品、廢棄物等面向提出國內精進之策略方向及議題。此外，透過跨部會研商會議討論國內含汞產品後續管理，並掌握各部會針對歷次跨部會所提汞管理精進建議之辦理情形，完成2018年汞管理成果報告。(3)蒐集研析鹿特丹公約最新管制以及國外管理情形，提出我國推動之可行性評估及執行方案初步建議。(4)蒐集最新國際環境荷爾蒙關注物質及具體策略，並針對塑化劑類之鄰苯二甲酸二（2-乙基己基）酯(DEHP)、壬基酚及雙酚A相關環境、塑膠用品等議題，召開跨部會提出國內精進建議。已完成2018年管理成果。(5)已更新持久性有機污染物(persistent organic pollutants, POPs)、汞及環境荷爾蒙相關資訊網站內容，加強民眾之重視，並持續優化跨部會執行成果填報及管理系統。

The achievements of the project include: 1) The latest information on the Stockholm Convention and international control strategies in relation to the perfluorooctanoic acid, dicofol, perfluorohexane sulfonic acid, hexabromocyclododecane, hexabromobiphenyl, chiorinated naphthalene and hexachlorobutadiene were collected, and recommendations for control strategies of persistent organic pollutants (POPs) were proposed to related administrative agencies in Taiwan. In addition, the National Report of POPs management achievement in 2018 had been renewed. 2) The information on the implementation of the Minamata Convention on Mercury from other countries was collected. The project also held an international conference. The strategies and recommendations for source control, product management and waste management were proposed. Through the inter-ministerial meeting, a discussion of management measures for mercury-containing products, as well as the implementation achievements of proposed measures for each department was carried out to help to renew the National Report of Mercury management achievement in 2018. 3) The latest information on the Rotterdam Convention and management strategies adapted by other countries was collected, and the project proposed a preliminary assessment of the implementation feasibility as well as the promoting alternatives for our country. 4) The latest information on highly concerned substance lists and management strategies for endocrine disrupting chemicals (EDCs) from other countries was collected. Concerning the plasticizer-Di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate (DEHP) related environment, plastic supplies and other issues, a cross-departmental meeting was held to refine recommendations. The 2018 report of EDCs had been renewed. 5) The project also renewed the content of the websites to enhance public awareness of POPs, mercury and EDCs, and optimized a reporting and management information system for cross-departmental implementation accomplishment.
